    1. Overview

    AgentBlocks (the "Platform") is an experimental open-source tool operated by CryptoStats LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It enables developers to explore agentic crypto standards such as X402 and ERC-8004 using a forked version of n8n. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy contained herein.

    If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

    3. Experimental Nature and No Financial Services

    AgentBlocks is a research and development environment. It does not provide financial, brokerage, or custodial services. The Platform does not facilitate, hold, or process cryptocurrency or fiat transactions.

    Any blockchain interactions, payments, or transfers you initiate through external wallets, APIs, or smart contracts occur entirely outside of the Platform and at your own risk. We have no control over such transactions and accept no responsibility for any losses, transaction failures, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
    • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
    • Deploy or distribute malware, scams, or phishing links.
    • Misrepresent or misuse AgentBlocks branding.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

    5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

    AgentBlocks is open source and distributed under the same license terms as the upstream n8n project, the Sustainable Use License (Fair-Code). You may use, modify, and redistribute the code subject to that license’s conditions and attribution requirements.

    The name "AgentBlocks" and associated marks are owned by CryptoStats LLC and may not be used without written permission.

    6. User-Generated Content and Workflows

    You may create and share workflows or scripts on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it as part of the Platform’s operation and open-source community functions.

    You are solely responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that experimental features may cause errors, data loss, or security vulnerabilities.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoStats LLC and its contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, data, or access.

    9. Data Collection and Privacy

    We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform, including:

    • Account information you provide (e.g., email, username)
    • Logs and usage analytics
    • Any API keys or configuration data you enter voluntarily within workflows

    All data is stored on servers located in the United States. API keys and workflow data are stored securely and are never shared with third parties, except as required by law or for essential technical operations (e.g., hosting providers).

    We do not sell or rent personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@agentblocks.space.

    10. Security

    While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, private keys, and any external credentials used with the Platform.

    11. Modifications

    We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
